Jonathan, I enjoyed reading your thoughts on "Life with Lucy." As a huge Lucille Ball fan, it pained me to read how critics responded to Lucy, and it is well-known it had a negative affect on Lucy. Friends noted her decline after the show ended, her work kept her going. My favorite episode was "Mother of the Bride," as I thought Audrey Meadows, another legend, played off of Lucy so well.
