No, FDR was not an isolationist. If he was, he would not have enacted the Lend-Lease Program and corresponded/met with Winston Churchill. Germany signed their death sentence by declaring war on the US, which was idiotic of Hitler. Japan was the one who attacked the US; Germany never did.
